Hello Isaack!
Just go to "Les archives Ovni importantes" and click on the blue button "Post a new topic". You give it a pretty explicit name and you can start writing your article.
Theoretically, you can do it. Anyone can create a new article in this section.

Je pense qu'il faut qu'il poste dans la seconde section n'est-ce pas ?

Effectivement ! Je viens de m'en rendre compte. Toutefois ce blocage devrait être levé par l'administration.

Sure - I'll try again there.
No, it still did not work. It still says only an administrator can post in that sub-forum. I'll paste a screenshot of the error message below.
(I'm happy to post in any other sub-forum, if that is easier/better for you guys...).
